1920s boutique hotel egyptThe historic villa was built in 1920, in classical French architectural style. The villa belonged to Jacob Yacoubian (of The Yacoubian Building novel and film), who was the head of Armenian community in Egypt.

Jacob built himself a state of the art palace near Heliopolis and lived there till his death. The 1920s Boutique hotel and restaurants is at a prime location in the prestigious area of Korba, 10-15 minutes from Cairo international airport and 10-15 minutes to the downtown area.
